We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
To initiate a return, simply contact us or start your return through our online portal.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

- Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Exchanges may be processed as store credit for faster turnaround.

What should I use to clean my item?
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust and surface dirt.
For deeper conditioning, use a small amount of Plain Plaid Leather Balm or a high-quality leather conditioner — always test first on a hidden area.
Will my leather item change over time?
Yes — natural patina development is a hallmark of premium leather and part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
