Returns
We gladly accept returns within 21 days of delivery for any item that is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please use our Return Portal with your order number and item details. We’ll provide return instructions to ensure your item is properly processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until your return has been confirmed.
Plain Plaid is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit during return shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
There are no restocking fees or hidden charges — we simply want you to love what you own.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different color or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
This ensures the quickest fulfillment and accurate inventory availability.
Final Sale Items
Any item marked final sale is no eligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
