Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.
Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days of purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you place an order after 2:00 PM EST, it will begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed at checkout or in your promotional email.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with carrier details and estimated delivery.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your package leaves our facility.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to most P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Please select Standard Shipping at checkout for these destinations.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement where possible.
Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items
For special or made-to-order items, estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page.
Your order will ship once the item is ready.
